Are Sew Little Time's sizing true to 'shop size'?

 From a mother's perspective, Sew Little Time's clothing range are true to size, if not a little generous that shop bought items.

How much is Domestic/International postage?

Domestic Postage:

Sew Little Time's preferred method of postage is a Pre-paid satchel via Australia Post.

Postage to all states is a flat rate.

Please refer to Sew Little Time's Postage Guide for more information on satchel size, weight and cost.

International Postage: 

Sew Little Time's preferred method of postage is a Pre-paid satchel via Australia Post.

International postage differs depending on what 'Zone' your location falls under.

For convenience, a small 500g satchel has been averaged out at a cost of $25 aud and will fit up to 4 small clothing items.

If the 'International Postage Option' does not show on your purchase order, please contact me and I can arrange a quote for your zone.

How can I order multiple items?

Until upgrades are made to the current way items are purchased, unfortunately, only one item can be ordered at a time.

HOWEVER, if you would like to purchase more than one item, there is a way to work around this, and avoid being slugged with a postage fee for each item.

Simply purchase your items separately as normal. However, only select the 'postage option' for one of your items (carefully considering the number of items you wish to purchase - generally a 500 g satchel will be sufficient)

For all other items select 'pick up' and simply leave a message in the message box to send with other items.

How do I customise my order?

Clothing items can be made in any of the fabric choices from the Fabric Galleries. Clothing items can also be made in almost any size, even if it does not show up on order form.

If there is a custom item or size you require. Please contact me, let me know what style/size/fabric you are after and I will provide you with a quote and instructions to order.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please refer to the current 'lead time' displayed on the home page  when ordering products. This is the time required to get your item from start to finish. Please take into account postage time on top of your order. If you are after an item within a specific time frame, feel free to contact me to see if this is possible. 

 

What is an 'offline payment'?

By selecting an 'offline payment' you are able to transfer funds through your bank, as opposed to using your credit card details online via PayPal.

Some customers feel this method may be more safe. PayPal are also unable to take any profits of the sale via this method, therefore all the profits go directly to the business.
